1、牵头对接各业务线的内容理解标注需求，深度理解业务背景与数据应用场景，统筹团队资源排期，制定整体项目规划与交付节奏，保障多项目并行按时高质量交付； 2、带领团队沉淀各业务场景的标注方法论，搭建标准化标注规则体系、质量审核体系与流程规范，统一团队工作标准； 3、对齐各利益相关方预期，及时识别并同步项目核心风险，协调跨团队资源解决瓶颈问题，提升数据交付全链路透明度； 4、挖掘项目执行流程中的优化空间，推动工具、流程与协作模式迭代，持续提升团队整体交付效能； 5、内容理解专家团队的日常管理、目标拆解、绩效辅导与人才培养，搭建团队人才梯队，提升团队整体专业能力，打造高绩效执行团队。

1、1年数据/商业分析、内容理解、数据标注相关工作经验，有团队管理经验优先； 2、对人工智能和机器学习领域有较深认知，熟悉非结构化数据标注全流程，具备丰富的标注规则制定、质量管控与项目管理经验； 3、具备优秀的业务理解能力、数据解读与分析能力，能够带领团队输出标准化、可复用的业务方法论； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和资源整合能力，能够对齐多方利益相关方预期推进项目落地； 5、学习能力强，具备优秀的流程搭建与体系化思维，能够带领团队持续优化工作效率和产出质量； 6、熟练掌握Excel、SQL，掌握Python、R等脚本语言者优先。
