1、负责字节跳动雇主品牌整体视觉体系的建设与管理，包括品牌视觉语言梳理、视觉标准制定、跨渠道视觉规范建立及品牌视觉资产统一管理，确保通过系统化、一致性的视觉表达，清晰传达雇主品牌形象与核心价值； 2、深入理解团队目标、业务需求及市场与用户洞察，主导字节跳动校园招聘及雇主品牌相关传播项目的设计工作，负责KV设计、线上传播物料、线下活动设计及周边设计等多维度设计工作，全程参与项目推进； 3、通过高质量、具有策略性的设计，有效放大传播信息与沟通目标，提升雇主品牌整体吸引力； 4、负责雇主品牌在社交媒体平台的整体视觉定调与品牌一致性管理，围绕内容专栏及日常内容输出进行视觉把控，统筹管理外部供应商或合作方的内容制作，确保产出符合雇主品牌视觉体系与品质标准，与团队协作打造具有影响力的内容。

1、5年以上品牌设计相关工作经验，具备扎实的品牌设计专业能力与成熟的设计思维，对品牌视觉体系及长期建设有系统性理解，具备完整、成熟的品牌设计或雇主品牌相关案例者优先； 2、能够深入理解业务目标与传播诉求，并将业务策略转化为清晰、有影响力的品牌视觉解决方案，具备独立完成设计提案及高质量交付的能力，拥有较强的执行力、推动力及跨团队沟通协作能力； 3、对市场趋势、受众变化及新事物保持高度敏感，具备前瞻性的审美判断力，持续关注科技及相关行业的设计趋势，熟悉并愿意探索AI等新工具在设计与创意工作中的应用； 4、热爱品牌建设与视觉创意，对作品质量要求高，具备出色的创意能力与表达能力，能够通过设计有效强化核心信息与品牌叙事，而非仅追求形式层面的创新； 5、熟练掌握主流设计软件与工具。
