1、参与各类内容项目的动效设计与制作，涵盖视频、动画、互动媒体等多种形式； 2、配合项目团队推进动效项目的概念开发与故事板设计； 3、负责原始素材的剪辑与编辑，通过添加特效、图形、音乐等元素，打造更具吸引力的视觉内容； 4、统筹管理项目相关资产及工作流程，保障任务按时交付，同步优化执行效率； 5、熟练运用各类设计软件工具，完成2D/3D动画的创作与处理； 6、主动关注动效设计领域的前沿趋势与技术更新，保持对行业动态的敏锐感知。

1、本科及以上学历在读，平面设计、动画或相关专业； 2、掌握动态图形设计基础原理，熟悉Adobe After Effects、Premiere Pro、Illustrator等常用设计软件的操作； 3、拥有出色的创意能力，对设计细节有高度的敏锐度； 4、适应团队协作模式，善于接受指导并快速融入工作节奏； 5、具备优秀的沟通能力，能清晰传递设计思路与创意想法； 6、保持主动学习的热情，乐于尝试新挑战并快速成长。
