团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、负责创造力服务平台（飞书×豆包工作）面向离散制造、流程工业、汽车主机厂、消费电子及其上下游相关子行业的研究分析，围绕AI生产力在制造业的落地场景（研发设计、供应链、生产制造、营销服务等）形成客户名单与销售策略，参与行业战略与商业化规划，参与「协同办公+AI Agent」融合的行业解决方案搭建； 2、开拓及跟进重点行业客户，深入了解客户在AI生产力转型上的需求，对潜在行业客户进行跟踪、拜访，促成飞书、豆包工作等产品组合签单，与售前/客户成功/实施交付/产品研发等部门进行深度协作，迭代行业解决方案，推动AI能力在客户侧规模化落地； 3、根据目标制定销售计划，规划行业客户销售策略，包含豆包工作等新产品/新方案的客户导入与渗透策略，并根据市场变化适时调整，完成公司下达的销售指标； 4、与行业中的客户与生态伙伴、行业专家等保持良好关系，协调公司的内外部各方运作，确保各方满意度，提升飞书、豆包工作及创造力服务平台在相关行业的品牌形象。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、卓越的销售战绩：5年以上SaaS、软件解决方案或云计算领域销售经验，在南区有成熟的项目操盘记录，具备持续的高绩效达成能力；有AI产品/企业级软件0-1规模化售卖、从单一产品向平台型方案销售的经验者优先； 3、工具与效率：具备业务推进能力，日常工作中是数字化工具的深度使用者，能熟练运用AI辅助与Agent工具（如豆包工作等）武装自己和团队，擅长利用工具实现对传统销售模式的降维打击； 4、方案闭环能力：不只是卖产品，更能卖“变革”；能独立搭建行业解决方案，既包括协同办公方案，也包括AI生产力/Agent场景方案，并面向高管进行专业的价值引导与成单闭环； 5、能力素质：熟悉先进制造行业采购逻辑与决策链，具备高层客户关系维护经验，熟悉圈层运营；具备优秀的逻辑思维与方案讲解能力；能站在AI生产力转型视角理解客户业务，具备优秀的内外部沟通、跨部门协调及高层客户关系搭建能力。
