1、AML分析与调查： 1）在既定政策与流程框架下，执行AML相关工作，识别并记录合规风险，推动解决方案落地； 2）与业务团队协作，理解业务模式与内在风险暴露，识别可疑交易信号，协助制定/优化交易监控规则； 3）设计并维护监控有效性矩阵与数据看板，用于评估规则表现与覆盖情况； 4）支持交易监控全生命周期的制度与流程建设与迭代，包括规则验证、系统优化、底层数据分析等； 2、项目管理与运营协同： 1）与区域及全球团队协作，支持交易监控流程的上线、迭代与持续优化； 2）与Global Payments内部跨职能伙伴（合规、产品、数据、工程、运营等）协作，提升运营效率并明确职责分工； 3）运用项目管理方法推动运营类项目执行，保障交付质量与节奏； 4）进行数据解读与分析，确保结果准确、可复现，并能清晰表达关键结论。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，Finance、Data Science、Business或相关专业优先； 2、具备合规运营实习/项目经历，有交易监控、反洗钱、风控相关经历更佳； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Excel及常见分析工具完成数据处理与结论输出； 4、良好的沟通与协作能力，能够与不同层级、不同职能同学高效沟通并推进任务； 5、做事细致、条理清晰，能够在多任务环境下保持准确性与执行力。
