1、参与传输智能算法的设计与开发，提升网络传输效率和智能化水平； 2、跟踪前沿技术，推动算法在实际业务中的应用落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉主流机器学习和深度学习算法，掌握PyTorch等深度学习框架； 3、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，具备良好的编程能力和习惯； 4、在ICLR、CVPR、ICML、NIPS、ACL、ICCV、AAAI等顶级会议发表过论文优先； 5、有大模型、自动驾驶、强化学习或网络传输智能算法相关经验者优先； 6、具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
