1、负责电商营销平台的产品规划与建设，围绕优惠、补贴、活动、触达等营销场景，沉淀通用的平台能力和产品解决方案，提升营销能力的复用性与扩展性； 2、深入理解业务营销目标及运营工作流程，梳理复杂业务需求，完成营销规则、产品流程和平台能力的抽象设计，提升营销活动的配置效率、交付效率和运营体验； 3、探索AI在营销方案生成、策略推荐、智能配置、风险识别等环节的应用，推动营销平台从工具化向智能化演进； 4、支持电商多场景营销需求的设计与落地，与业务、运营、研发、设计、数据等团队紧密合作，推动产品按时、高质量上线，并保障平台能力稳定运行； 5、监控和分析平台使用、活动交付及营销效果数据，评估产品价值，持续发现流程和能力上的问题，推动产品迭代与平台效率提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理等工科专业优先； 2、具备良好的产品思维和逻辑抽象能力，能够从具体业务需求中识别共性问题，并形成可复用、可扩展的产品方案； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题、验证判断，并推动产品持续优化； 4、对电商营销、平台产品或AI应用有浓厚兴趣，有相关项目、实习或产品实践经历者优先； 5、具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同角色高效协作，推动复杂事项落地； 6、有强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，具备良好的学习能力，能够适应业务环境。
