1、通过对抖音生活服务行业合作客户的运营，基于商家分层，为商家成长负责，不断通过策略和产品建设，提高商家动销，实现商家正向升级，为区域业绩负责； 2、对商家分层，分商家特点、来源渠道做精细化运营，以不同权益激励等方式撬动商家加入抖音的意愿，提高商家经营能力；萃取提炼运营的方法论，并能有效复制推广到更多商家； 3、负责区域内商品策略制定，有效提升商品供给规模和质量，具备体系化的运营思考能力，基于对业务流量特征、供给特征的分析； 4、熟悉内容营销策略，围绕视频及直播两个重要渠道，为生活服务各行业提供内容提效解决方案，以提升大盘整体的内容产出效率和转化效率； 5、研究不同区域不同分层商家的内容打法，针对商家进行内容发展规划及诊断支持，并协作服务商、达人、付费广告及市场传播等多方生态，沉淀出可复用的、能规模化落地的短、直内容营销方法论及策略； 6、能够基于用户&市场反馈和数据分析敏锐的洞察市场，发现生态问题并思考解决方案，洞察商家抖音经营模式，并跟进市场/行业动态，及时提出应对策略。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对移动相关行业有一定的了解，有自己的观点和看法，有商家运营、内容运营、产品运营或行业运营相关实习经验优先； 3、有较强的结构化思维，逻辑清楚，且善于总结，有较强的沟通能力； 4、对数据有敏感度，善于从数据分析得出结论，发现并总结问题； 5、踏实勤奋，有韧性，有自驱力和责任心。
