1、支持抖音直播用户侧增长，依托用户行为数据，开展数据挖掘、行为建模、因果归因分析，定位用户留存、活跃、转化的核心问题与增长机会，为业务策略优化提供数据与算法支撑； 2、参与数据洞察Agent的设计、迭代与落地，结合大模型、算法能力与直播业务逻辑，搭建自动化数据分析、消费问题诊断、策略提炼的智能分析能力，赋能业务高效决策； 3、联动业务团队，完成算法模型迭代、实验验证、效果复盘，持续优化智能Agent洞察能力与用户增长策略，沉淀适配直播用户场景的数据智能分析体系。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、数据科学、人工智能专业优先； 2、扎实的数理统计与算法基础，熟练使用Python，具备数据分析、模型开发、LLM工具落地基本能力，掌握常用大数据工具（Hive/Spark），具备基础机器学习建模能力，了解因果推断、用户行为挖掘、增长归因者优先； 3、具备数据洞察Agent、LLM应用开发、RAG、智能问答、自动化数据分析相关项目或实践经验，熟悉大模型调用、Prompt工程、智能任务拆解与业务洞察生成，可结合算法能力赋能Agent智能化洞察； 4、熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow/Scikit-learn等至少一种框架，具备特征工程、模型训练、效果评估能力，能够支撑模型迭代与能力优化； 5、具备较强的数据敏感度与业务理解能力，擅长结合大模型能力挖掘用户行为问题、自动归因、提炼增长策略，有直播/用户增长经验加分； 6、良好的沟通协作与自驱力，乐于探索AI+数据智能落地场景，对数据洞察Agent产品化有热情，能稳定实习3个月及以上优先。
