1、合规检核与调查管理：深度熟悉生活服务全链路业务流程（如商家入驻、交易履约、营销活动等），通过业务流程、数据指标、场景风险等多维度监控业务团队工作合规性，独立或牵头立项开展全流程合规检核调查，形成闭环管理报告； 2、合规标准与申诉处理：负责业务合规落罚申诉全流程管理，精准把控申诉理由合理性与证据有效性，参与制定/迭代合规检核标准体系，明确检核维度、阈值及判定依据，确保标准执行的一致性与权威性，保障抽检结果准确公正； 3、案例研判与精准落罚：通过多渠道数据收集（业务后台数据、用户反馈、第三方信息等）与深度业务沟通，开展违规案例评估，依据合规标准完成案例定性、责任界定及判罚等级确定，推动判罚结果精准落地并跟踪执行效果； 4、检核策略与风险防控：基于违规案例数据与业务发展趋势，识别生活服务领域潜在合规风险点；牵头制定/优化合规抽检策略（如抽检范围、频率、样本筛选逻辑等），针对高风险场景输出风险评估报告，推动业务合规流程优化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上业务内审、审计、合规、内控等工作经验，有互联网生活服务、O2O行业合规经验者优先，无监察违规记录； 2、精通合规管理流程或独立带队审计，具备独立制定检核策略的能力，能结合业务特性设计分层分类的合规检查方案，持有CPA、法律职业资格证书等专业资质者优先； 3、熟练运用Excel、SQL等工具进行数据提取与分析，数据敏感度高；逻辑思维严密，能通过数据洞察业务合规风险，精准完成案例研判与定性； 4、原则性强，工作态度严谨，具备良好的洞察力与业务理解能力，沟通表达清晰，能高效协调跨业务团队推进合规工作，可承受对抗压力，自驱力与抗压性强； 5、具备快速学习能力，能及时跟进行业合规政策变化与业务创新动态，主动迭代合规知识体系与检核方法，适配业务发展需求。
