1、负责抖音电商B端产品设计，重点参与抖店AI助手、AI工具能力及招商官网等平台级产品体验设计； 2、深入理解电商经营场景，结合用户研究、数据分析与业务洞察，发现商家经营痛点，主导设计方案并持续提升产品体验； 3、与产品、研发、运营等多业务角色紧密协作，参与产品从策略到落地的全流程设计，高质量完成界面设计与视觉表达； 4、参与设计规范与设计系统建设，通过设计沉淀提升平台体验一致性与团队设计效率。

1、5年及以上产品设计/体验设计相关经验，设计相关专业优先，熟练使用Figma、Photoshop等设计工具； 2、具备优秀的视觉设计能力和审美，对信息层级、界面结构与细节品质有较高要求； 3、具备良好的用户体验意识和自驱能力，能够从复杂业务中提炼问题并输出清晰可落地的设计方案； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够在跨团队合作中推动设计方案落地； 5、持续探索前沿设计趋势和技术，对AI产品或AI设计工具有一定理解或实践经验者优先；有B端产品设计经验者优先。
