日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：商业平台与基础架构团队负责抖音集团广告投放系统、广告AI系统、广告业务平台、广告创意平台和广告研发效能平台的建设。负责抖音、今日头条等各端上的广告业务系统研发，并且构建高并发、高性能、高可用的服务框架，设计和研发多数据中心的广告系统架构。同时推动用户行为长序列、深度学习推荐模型、多模态LLM和AIGC等先进技术在商业化场景中的应用和落地，精准匹配广告与用户需求，让营销更高效、更智能、更可持续。

1、参与抖音集团广告投放系统和算法架构（广告建库、检索和定向、出价和拍卖、点击率/转化率预估、向量化召回、广告和内容混合排序、用户画像、流式训练样本）的设计与实现； 2、参与自动化投放、激励投放、全域投放等系统架构的构建，为多样化投放与营销诉求提供后端解决方案； 3、为抖音集团广告算法服务建设深度学习能力，包括但不限于流式样本生成、深度模型实时训练、深度模型在线推理服务和深度模型召回服务等模块； 4、参与构建高性能、高可用的服务框架，承载高并发、低延迟的广告系统架构需求； 5、连接海量流量和丰富多样的商业营销需求，支持抖音集团商业化收入增长，构建和优化包括抖音、今日头条在内的众多业务的商业化产品解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉C++/Java/Golang中的至少一门编程语言； 3、熟悉Linux操作系统和开发环境，具备良好的数据结构、算法基础和系统设计能力； 4、有强烈的求知欲、优秀的学习和沟通能力。
