1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周出勤至少4天，可连续实习4个月以上，6个月以上优先； 3、思维逻辑清晰，具备出色的语言表达和协调沟通能力，有社团活动或实习经验者优先； 4、有一定文字功底，能收集公开信息及资料，并撰写简单的报告或材料； 5、有良好的学习能力与自我驱动能力。
