日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入理解豆包电商业务与消费者体验链路，参与CPO差距归因与度量体系建设，负责标签体系搭建、反事实测算、结构贡献量化等工作，支撑跨域分责、目标设定与效果评估； 2、参与VOC问题发现与分发策略产品设计，推动从单点案例抽检到问题簇抽象的模式升级，联动研发、DS、各域业务团队完成问题洞察、自动路由、闭环跟踪与效果回收，打造线上化、智能化的体验驱动体系； 3、支持豆包责判责产品能力落地与电商体验信号协同，参与实验方案设计、赔付与服务方案梳理、高区分度信号挖掘与AB实验效果分析，从产品承接与供给源头两端降低消费者进线倾向。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL，能独立完成数据提取与分析；逻辑清晰，具备结构化拆解复杂问题的能力，能从海量数据中提炼关键洞察，对电商、消费者体验、治理方向有较强兴趣； 3、具备良好的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，能与研发、DS、运营、产品高效联动推进项目；自驱力强，有主人翁意识，能独立承接模块全流程工作； 4、有电商平台、客服体验、治理风控、推荐策略相关实习经验者优先；熟悉A/B实验设计、大模型产品落地、标签体系建设者优先。
