1、负责抖音商城C端营销体验设计工作，包含不限于商城首页、会场、核心链路等相关的设计； 2、综合商业和用户视角进行系统设计规划，设定营销体验设计风格语言、制定设计策略并推动落地； 3、基于电商大促品牌KV进行C端体验主视觉设计，把控全链路产品界面/营销素材/氛围动效视觉呈现质量； 4、结合用户场景和消费习惯设计营销互动玩法，探索兼具商业转化与用户体验的创新方案。

1、具有电商行业营销体验设计经验，有大促相关设计经验及成功案例优先考虑； 2、审美判断力突出、对设计趋势和AIGC等新技术在设计行业的应用敏感； 3、对营销敏感、具备强创意发散能力，能快速拆解活动目标、将抽象概念转化为高吸引力的视觉方案； 4、擅长营销创意在页面中的视觉表达、精通UI/UX设计，具备动效设计能力更佳； 5、能综合运用市场分析、用户研究、数据分析等多种方法，对设计产出进行评估、复盘和分享； 6、逻辑清晰，能平衡商业诉求与用户体验，通过数据验证设计效果。
