1、利用机器学习技术，改进产品推荐、搜索以及商业化算法，优化用户使用体验； 2、分析基础数据，挖掘用户兴趣，增强推荐、搜索以及商业化系统的预测能力； 3、分析用户商业意图，挖掘流量潜在商业价值，提升流量变现； 4、研究业界SOTA的多模态大模型，训练应用于剪辑与图像编辑的基座模型；探索个性化在多模态视频生成中的应用； 5、和产品、运营团队紧密合作，通过对产品和用户的深入理解和分析，制定算法策略促进产品生态的长期繁荣发展。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业优先； 2、有顶级会议如NIPS、ICLR等论文优先，热爱计算机科学和技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形、语音识别与合成中一项或多项； 5、对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎、LLM&多模态大模型、图像和视频分析处理相关技术有经验者优先； 6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
