ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：视频与边缘部门承载了字节跳动的媒体内容分发基建及技术中台，支持了字节全系产品，如抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、西瓜视频等APP的点播、直播、实时通信、图片等多媒体业务发展，同时将业务发展过程中沉淀下来的技术能力和工具，通过火山引擎对外输出，面向各行各业用户提供视频云产品和服务，愿景是为内外部业务伙伴提供最低成本、最优画质、最低延时、最安全可靠的富媒体内容分发解决方案，助力业务伙伴降本提效实现持续增长。

1、研究并实施部门自主研发的下一代沉浸式智能音频理解与处理算法系统； 2、实施并优化沉浸式智能音频编解码及处理系统，负责短视频、直播、VR/MR等业务场景的应用迭代； 3、跟踪并参与国内外音频标准，撰写高质量标准技术提案，推动国内外沉浸式智能音频标准工作。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，电子信息、计算机、多媒体、机器学习、AI人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、在一个或多个领域的研究经验，如3D空间音频渲染、GAN/扩散音频处理、声纹/唤醒、声音事件检测、语音识别、自然语言处理等； 3、熟悉数据结构和算法、深度网络模型设计与调优，精通Kaldi、TensorFlow、Pytorch等开源工具，熟练掌握Python/C++编程语言，有模型训练和大规模训练集探索经验者优先。

加分项： 1、具有数字信号处理和人工智能/深度学习系统开发方面的实际操作经验； 2、在相关国际会议或主流期刊（ICASSP、Interspeech、ASRU、ICML、NeurIPS、AAAI等）上有论文发表。
