1、参与生活服务业务的补贴策略设计与运营，包括用户补贴玩法、商家货补策略、活动机制等，协助提升用户转化、复购和交易规模； 2、协助分析用户行为、交易数据及补贴效果，发现业务问题并提出优化建议； 3、与产品、投放、运营、数据分析等团队协作，推动补贴策略从方案到执行落地； 4、跟踪行业及产品的补贴玩法与增长策略，为业务提供参考洞察。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，统计、经济、数学、计算机、市场营销、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的数据分析意识，熟悉Excel；了解SQL、数据可视化工具者优先，能够从数据现象中发现问题并形成结构化表达； 3、沟通协作能力强，能与产品、运营、分析师等不同角色高效配合； 4、对本地生活、平台、用户增长或商业分析有浓厚兴趣，自驱力强、学习意愿好，认真负责。
