团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责小荷健康（豆包医疗垂类、小荷AI App、抖音及今日头条搜索医疗垂类）相关产品方向，围绕DAU、医疗对话用户数等目标，进行专项分析； 2、负责小荷健康增长指标的监控、归因与复盘，持续发现业务问题并输出解决方案； 3、与产品、算法、研发等团队紧密协作，推动复杂项目高质量落地； 4、参与季度OKR、年度规划，及业务复盘，支持团队进行关键业务判断。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能够每周实习4-5天的优先考虑，具备相关岗位实习经历，有AI/医疗相关行业实习经验优先； 3、SQL代码熟练； 4、对于AI等行业有热情、有判断、有理解。
