日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：CQC（中国内容质量与数据服务平台）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音、西瓜等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验，支持各产品的运营和增长，以及为产品线提供AI算法算力的基础支持服务。

1、应用大语言模型技术在内容安全治理与商业数据分析领域进行AI应用，实现系统智能化升级，提升治理准确率及分析效率； 2、针对业务场景、需求和目标，通过PE、SFT/RLHF、Agent等对相关技术工具、流程进行优化； 3、持续探索Agent技术框架的创新应用，优化模型推理效率与场景适配能力，建立可量化的效果评估体系。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、应用数学、统计学等相关专业； 2、熟悉LangChain/AutoGen等主流Agent开发框架，掌握LLM技术栈，具有Prompt Engineering、SFT/RLHF等模型优化、项目落地相关经验优先； 3、熟悉Python开发，掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等学习框架，具备Hadoop/Spark等大数据平台开发能力。
