1、协助整理收集全球主要科技企业的管理相关动态，包括但不限于组织架构调整、人才招聘与管理、绩效与激励机制和企业文化等核心信息； 2、对收集的多渠道信息进行核实与验证，提炼关键数据、核心举措及典型案例等，形成结构化信息摘要； 3、协助团队完成管理研究报告的撰写，针对特定企业或管理主题输出专项总结报告； 4、支持团队其他日常工作内容。

1、本科及以上学历在读，管理学、人力管理、经济学、新闻传播学等专业优先； 2、逻辑思维强，善于从冗长资料中提炼关键信息，有良好的英文读写能力和文字功底，可以熟练阅读并独立撰写英文报告； 3、对科技行业发展趋势和国内外企业管理有浓厚兴趣，具备科技行业研究、企业管理相关知识储备者加分； 4、执行力强，效率高、有耐心； 5、能够连续实习6个月及以上，可长期实习者优先。
