1、负责巨量千川全域投放策略，围绕ROI2框架，提升客户投广带来的自然协同能力； 2、负责巨量千川竞价机制策略，比如ROI1/长效ROI1/佣金ROI1等出价产品策略优化，通过满足广告主多场景下的预算表达诉求，长期提升平台收入； 3、负责巨量千川商家分客群策略，对不同客群做定制化优化，例如达人客群或者中小客群成长； 4、负责巨量千川商家投放体验优化，降低商家广告投放操作成本，提升商家投放生态体验； 5、负责巨量千川商家场景化营销建设，通过优化货品/大促等方向，赋能商家营销能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、数学、统计学等相关专业； 2、深入理解和掌握人工智能领域前沿技术，对以下至少一个领域有深入理解并有应用解决有挑战性问题的能力：互联网搜索、推荐、广告算法；深度学习和统计机器学习、计算经济学、博弈论、运筹学； 3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 4、较好的主动性和求知欲，良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神。
