1、参与抖音生活服务治理策略的制定，尝试运用AI大模型（LLM）协助业务优化规则，提升平台服务质量； 2、协助设计生活服务场景（如餐饮、综合、酒旅等行业）的服务保障与智能赔付方案，探索AI在用户投诉预警、风险识别、服务保障等场景的落地； 3、能独立完成产品需求调研和方案设计，联动工程和算法团队研发上线，跟踪后续效果、并根据数据反馈提出优化建议； 4、运用数据工具发现业务风险点，通过智能化工具提升运营处理效率，助力风险收敛。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备相关产品或数据分析实习经验者优先； 3、逻辑清晰，数据敏感度高，能从复杂信息中拆解问题并产出简洁的产品方案； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，学习能力强，能积极推进任务落地； 5、每周时间4天及以上，至少可实习3个月及以上。
