日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度参与团队AI Agent从0到1的建设与迭代，梳理投放业务逻辑并转化为自动化工作流，提升渠道投放效率； 2、负责字节跳动中国区产品在手机厂商渠道的用户增长，探索并落地基于AI与大模型技术的创新营销及投放策略，实现全产品增长目标； 3、负责数据监控及日常分析，梳理广告转化漏斗，并尝试引入大语言模型/Agent工具辅助数据洞察与BI报表优化； 4、关注大模型前沿应用及手机厂商行业发展动态，挖掘AI技术与移动端系统能力的结合点，探索前沿的创新增长方式。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对AI Agent及大语言模型工具有强烈兴趣及实践经验优先（如熟悉Prompt编写、搭建过自动化工作流等）；有产品思维和创新思维，能抽象投放经验，将重复工作自动化； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、数据敏感度和分析能力、学习能力，自驱力强，擅长沟通； 4、资深数码爱好者优先，对安卓主流手机厂商（如小米、vivo、OPPO、华为、荣耀等）生态、系统特性及3C数码行业有基本了解和持续关注的热情。
