1、质量工具平台设计与研发 负责质量工具平台的架构设计与研发，覆盖任务编排、用例自动生成、执行调度、结果分析等核心模块，通过平台化与工程化能力系统性提升研发与测试效率； 2、AI在测试与评测领域的应用探索 探索AI/大模型在测试与评测场景的落地，包括但不限于智能数据构造、大模型效果自动评估、缺陷智能定位与自愈等方向，推动质量能力向智能化升级； 3、前沿技术调研与团队工程能力迭代 持续跟进AI Testing、LLM Evaluation、测试工具链等前沿方向，主导新技术调研、验证与落地，沉淀可复用的技术方案与方法论，推动团队技术规范与平台体系持续演进。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业； 2、有相关学术研究经历者优先；扎实的算法与数据结构基础，熟练掌握Python/Go/Java中至少一种编程语言； 3、良好的抽象与系统设计能力、跨团队协作能力，具备技术热情与持续学习能力。

加分项 1、AI/大模型方向：有LLM评测、Prompt工程、Agent应用、模型效果分析相关经验； 2、平台工程方向：有企业级平台/工具链设计经验，或参与过开源项目、平台产品建设。
