ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：商业化信任与安全研发团队致力于构建业界领先的智能审核系统，通过前沿 AI 技术保障商业内容安全与合规，提升用户客户的信任。团队通过研发大模型基座、先进的审核大模型和审核系统，持续提升大模型系统对复杂商业化内容的理解、让准确理解遵循安全规则、基于规则深度推理并拉齐人与机器之间的认知，并能感知发现潜在问题，并用Agent高效处理审核问题、自动迭代审核系统，为商业内容安全提供全链路、智能化的技术支撑。

1、负责字节跳动商业化相关产品线的内容安全和风控能力建设，设计和实现通用审核流框架，日均覆盖亿级别的素材； 2、负责商业化内容安全相关的工具的搭建和优化，包括但不限于：规则引擎、策略平台、审核Workflow、人审/人效平台工具等； 3、负责GIP产品广告算法核心服务的后端模块设计与实现，包括召回、点击/转化率预估、创意和样式优选、广告和内容混合排序等； 4、为GIP产品的广告算法建设深度学习能力，包括流式样本生成、深度模型实时训练、深度模型在线推理服务、深度模型召回服务等； 5、负责GIP产品广告链路的混排策略、投放策略、竞价策略、流量优选、算力分配、工程性能等内容的优化； 6、设计与实现高可用的广告投放系统，承载高并发、低延迟的广告投放需求，与产品团队配合，提升GIP产品的广告变现效率和用户体验，实现业务的快速、稳健迭代。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机相关专业； 2、具备良好的编码能力，扎实的计算机基础、数据结构和算法功底，熟悉C++/Golang/Python中的至少一门编程语言； 3、对可扩展性、稳定性、性能、质量有特别的执着，若具有高可用、高性能Web实践经验更佳； 4、对数据敏感，熟悉常用的大数据处理工具（Hive/Spark）、Linux操作系统和开发环境； 5、能快速理解业务，较好的产品意识，善于沟通，工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力； 6、有统计背景、数据分析与数据挖掘经验，广告相关领域经验（互联网广告系统、搜索引擎、个性化推荐系统开发），或者内容安全平台或规则引擎背景优先。
