1、产品经营，负责抖音财经-消费金融团队下辖的抖音月付、放心借等消费金融产品的日常经营，通过合作渠道的拓展、投放和日常运维，产品全流程的经营迭代，分客群的产品营销策略策划，提升金融产品的用户基数规模和使用转化率； 2、数据分析，负责抖音月付、放心借等产品的用户经营数据采集和分析，包含但不限于渠道数据、用户数据、产品链路数据等；通过公司提供的数据看板工具，进行数据分析，追踪活动、营销、链路数据效果，日常监控数据表现，并通过数据分析和监控迭代产品和用户的经营策略； 3、用户调研，通过问卷、访谈，收集抖音月付、放心借等产品的用户真实反馈，识别用户触达、用户承接、用户使用产品中可优化的机会点，并提出优化方案，推动相关合作方支持优化。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，金融学、统计、数学、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、保证每周至少4天到岗时间，有用户增长、用户策略实习经验优先，有数据分析基础加分； 3、善于沟通表达、有合作意识、踏实肯干，对数据敏感，积极主动，肯思考，具有独当一面的能力。
