1、通过深入的性能分析与调优，降低安卓产品内存占用、CPU负载等各类开销，提升产品运行效率； 2、制定性能、功耗的优化方案，运用技术手段保障产品达成既定目标要求； 3、持续关注行业前沿技术与工具，引入先进的性能优化理念和方法，帮助团队技术能力提升。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，数学、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、精通安卓系统架构与开发原理，具备扎实的Java/Kotlin/C/C++编程基础，有丰富的安卓应用开发与性能优化经验，或者Linux内核开发经验； 3、熟练使用各类系统分析工具（如Android Profiler、MAT 、Perfetto、Coredump等），能够快速定位和解决系统瓶颈问题； 4、具备良好的代码编写习惯，熟悉自测试框架（如Converity等），有测试工具开发经验者优先；有大数据分析、性能、功耗相关工作经验者优先； 5、精通操作系统原理，熟悉Linux、安卓等主流操作系统架构与内核机制； 6、每周可实习至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
