1、负责字节跳动中国区行业广告排序算法优化，提升系统变现效率，优化客户体验； 2、负责行业广告端到端大模型推荐方向的优化工作，探索业界技术； 3、End-To-End的负责广告系统全链路各个模块的优化，包括定向、召回、粗排、精排、出价等，从模型、策略和机制等角度全面提升广告系统变现效率； 4、客户导向，调研了解客户的投放痛点和诉求，设计并建设商业变现产品，持续提升客户体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数据结构、算法功底与编程能力，熟练使用C/C++/Python/Java/Golang等编程语言，有广告/推荐/搜索召回排序等相关实习经验，优先：有较多数据处理和分布式计算开发经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark框架； 3、有传统机器学习、深度学习相关知识背景，优先：发表过KDD、AAAI、CIKM、WWW、RecSys、NeurIPS、ACL、EMNLP等顶会论文，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch/Caffe/MXNet框架和原理； 4、工作态度积极主动，有较强的主人翁意识和良好的团队协作精神，具备应对复杂挑战的积极心态； 5、有良好的逻辑思维能力，注重数据分析，能够从较多数据中发现有价值的规律； 6、有较强的业务导向意识，技术优化服务于业务目标达成。
