ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：抖音电商算法团队，依托抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、红果短剧等产品，帮助用户发现、讨论并获得好物，享受美好生活；帮助商家高效经营，创建良性商业生态；激励创作并分享购物经验使用心得，构建有真诚有信息的电商内容氛围。在这个团队，我们不仅要通过推荐、广告和搜索算法搭建消费者和商家之间的桥梁，也要通过风控算法和治理算法去甄别违规行为，保护用户的购物体验，保护真正诚信经营的商家；我们还要建设智能客服技术、大规模商品知识图谱来提升各个交易环节的效率，降低商家的经营成本；我们也要结合机器学习和运筹算法，来优化供应链和物流的效率和成本，并进一步提升用户物流体验；另外我们还会用业界先进的数据科学技术为业务健康发展保驾护航。我们的使命：用算法的能力，让用户总能发现好东西，让美好生活触手可得。

1、负责抖音、今日头条等多端电商推荐算法优化，覆盖短视频、直播场景，探索多模态大模型、类Transformer生成式推荐技术，打破传统ID依赖，提升亿级用户体验与场景效果； 2、主导全漏斗（召回、粗排、精排、混排）优化，运用LRM推荐大模型提升预估精度，聚焦GMV、购买人数等核心指标，优化推广链路融合策略，提升分发效率与统一性； 3、应用深度学习、强化学习、Uplift建模等技术，解决点击率/转化率预估、直播冷启动等问题，结合表征学习、图模型优化信息匹配效率； 4、基于千万亿级用户行为数据，构建用户兴趣模型与购买意图预测体系，挖掘优质商品及主播；分析流量效率，针对性开展用户激活、拉新及复购提频策略； 5、结合内容电商特性，探索大模型与工业级推荐系统融合，设计模型与业务一体化方案，构建良性生态，驱动业务增长。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、人工智能、数学、机器学习、模式识别等相关专业优先； 2、编码能力优秀，数据结构与算法功底扎实，熟练掌握C++、Python语言及Linux开发环境，熟悉XGBoost、TensorFlow/PyTorch中至少一种开源工具； 3、机器学习基础扎实，熟悉CF、LR、GBDT、DNN等常用算法模型，对LLM相关技术有热情，在推荐、广告、大模型、NLP等领域有研究或项目经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，热爱技术、勇于挑战，拥有良好的沟通表达能力与团队合作精神，能高效推进业务落地； 5、有个性化推荐、信息检索等相关项目实践经验，在KDD、NeurIPS、SIGIR等国际顶级会议发表论文或有数据挖掘竞赛经历者优先。
