1、负责番茄小说、红果短剧等多业务方向的客户端开发工作； 2、负责APP性能、体验优化及质量监控评估体系建设、客户端基础组件及架构设计，推进研发效率； 3、负责Hybrid容器搭建，插件、React Native等动态技术调研； 4、AI Coding实践：使用AI Coding工具（如Cursor、Copilot、TRAE、Claude Code等）辅助日常开发，探索AI驱动的研发提效方式； 5、参与将AI能力融入到业务技术方案设计与落地，在实践中验证和优化AI驱动开发流程，持续提升生产力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用至少一种AI Coding工具（Claude Code、Cursor、Codex、Cline等），了解其实现原理有加分； 3、扎实的数据结构和算法基础；精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：Java、Objective-C、Swift、C、C++； 4、关注用户体验，能够积极把技术转化到用户体验改进上； 5、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 6、良好的沟通能力与自驱力，能在AI辅助下独立推进任务。
