日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音搜索是抖音的核心产品能力之一，满足用户找内容、找商品、找服务、找经验、找人等多元需求，基于海量的内容和商品供给、领先的意图识别和产品能力，用户搜索规模保持高速增长，快速成为中国第一梯队的移动搜索平台。抖音搜索业务体系完善，涵盖内容、电商、生活服务、推荐、交互、数据分析等多个方向。AI大模型和抖音内容生态的结合，会给抖音搜索带来的新的增长动力！

1、深度理解用户在独立端搜索场景下的需求与痛点，从用户体验角度出发，对前台导购产品进行优化； 2、深入研究抖音电商独立端用户行为与市场趋势，结合APP内互动玩法和权益资源，优化搜索营销玩法策略，协调产品、技术、运营等多部门资源，推动策略从需求分析、方案制定到上线执行的全流程工作； 3、运用专业数据分析工具，持续观测相关核心数据指标，通过对数据的深入分析，挖掘用户行为模式与潜在需求，发现搜索营销玩法和导购产品存在的问题与优化点，为产品迭代与策略调整提供数据支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、统计学、市场营销、电子商务等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，熟练运用Excel进行数据处理和分析，有SQL基础者优先，能够通过数据洞察问题并提出解决方案； 3、对电商产品领域有浓厚兴趣，有电商产品、搜推产品实习经验者优先，熟悉电商用户行为特点和消费心理； 4、有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效与不同团队成员沟通协作，推动项目顺利开展，具备较强的学习能力和自驱力，能够快速适应新环境和新任务。
