1、负责音乐内容供给体系建设，提升内容的竞争力； 2、制定完整的内容供给策略方案，协同各合作部门落地实施，对于实施过程中出现的问题制定有效的解决方案，保证方案顺利落地； 3、建立并持续完善内容监控体系、价值评估体系、内容质量评估标准、内容引入机制等，基于数据分析发现优化空间并推进落地； 4、结合业务重点方向，策划并推动专项运营项目，持续挖掘内容生态问题，基于对目标用户和内容的理解探索新的内容方向； 5、负责团队管理与组织建设，带领策略运营团队完成目标拆解、机制建设、人才培养与跨团队协同，提升团队整体判断力和执行力。

1、本科及以上学历，具备较强的战略思考、业务判断和结构化分析能力； 2、对内容平台有深刻理解，具备较强的数据分析能力和业务抽象能力，能够从复杂问题中提炼关键矛盾，形成可落地的策略和机制； 3、具备较强的项目管理能力、执行力和沟通协调能力，结果导向，能够高效联动多团队推动复杂项目落地。
