日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：集团信息系统部（Corporate Information System）负责字节跳动信息系统建设。通过构建领先的信息系统，助力公司业务和组织的长期高效经营与发展。与此同时，在安全、隐私、合规层面持续治理，为公司的稳健发展保驾护航。字节跳动的员工分布在全球超过120个城市，业务模式复杂，用户规模大。到现在，集团信息系统部已经覆盖人事、财务、法务、采购、审批、职场等多个领域，隐私安全工作同步开展，AIGC创新孵化也在逐步落地实现。

1、参与审批系统的日常产品运营工作，优化审批效率与用户体验，整理用户反馈、输出运营报告，推动功能迭代与问题闭环； 2、负责审批相关数据的收集、清洗与分析，通过数据洞察识别治理痛点，输出可落地的优化建议； 3、配合团队完成运营活动落地、文档撰写、跨部门沟通协调等支持性工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、数据分析、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备基础的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel（VLOOKUP、数据透视表等），掌握SQL者优先，能独立完成简单数据处理与报告输出； 3、逻辑思维清晰，善于从数据和业务中发现问题，有较强的问题解决能力和落地意识； 4、工作认真负责、积极主动，具备良好的沟通协调能力和跨部门协作意识； 5、每周可实习4天及以上，持续实习3个月及以上，能快速适应互联网快节奏工作环境； 6、对企业级产品、流程治理或运营工作有兴趣，有相关实习经验者优先。
