1、构建面向图像和视频模型及Agent的评测体系，覆盖生成质量、指令遵循、多模态理解和安全性等维度； 2、开发自动化评测指标和基于模型的评估器，并设计可复现的人工评测方案； 3、设计和开发视频生成及调试Agent，编排多步骤的创意生产流程； 4、建设大规模图像和视频数据流水线，并将评测结论转化为模型和产品改进。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、计算机视觉或相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的深度学习和计算机视觉基础，理解生成式模型的基本原理； 3、至少在以下一个方向具备实践经验：视觉生成、多模态大语言模型、视频理解或视觉质量评估； 4、具备扎实的Python编程能力，熟练使用PyTorch或同类框架，或熟悉多模态评测框架； 5、通过论文、重要项目、实习或开源贡献展现出较强的研究或工程能力。

加分项 1、在计算机视觉或机器学习领域的顶级会议发表过论文，如NeurIPS、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV等； 2、具备现代视觉生成技术栈的实践经验，包括扩散模型及其后训练； 3、熟悉视觉生成Benchmark，或具备评测框架建设经验； 4、具备将Agent框架应用于创意工作流的经验，或参与过视频数据基础设施建设。
