1、打磨AI Agent产品体验：你会参与企业级AI Agent工作台的核心体验建设，把复杂的AI能力设计成用户能理解、能配置、能持续使用的产品能力，让AI真正进入客户日常工作流； 2、建设端到端的全栈产品工程：你会从前端交互、状态管理、服务接入到数据流转参与完整链路，把产品需求拆解成稳定、可维护、可复用的工程实现，并在不同交付形态下处理体验一致性、可靠性和可扩展性问题； 3、参与AI Agent运行时与生态建设：你会接触Agent执行、工具调用、Skill/Plugin/MCP生态、多Agent协作和任务编排等方向，参与把底层AI能力包装成可复用、可分发、可持续成长的平台能力； 4、理解企业级产品的安全与治理要求：你会在真实企业场景中参与权限、配额、审计、观测、稳定性和成本治理等能力建设，理解一个AI产品从“能跑”到“可控、可信、可规模化交付”之间的工程差距； 5、用AI原生方式改造研发流程：你会在实际项目中使用AI Coding、自动化验证、端到端调试和文档化协作方法，把研发过程中的经验、工具和排障路径沉淀成可复用的工作流，提升个人和团队的工程效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、计算机基础扎实，理解数据结构、网络、浏览器、HTTP/WebSocket、异步编程和基本工程质量要求；熟悉或愿意深入学习TypeScript、React、Python、Node.js，能把交互、状态、接口、错误和边界条件做完整； 3、对AI Agent、LLM应用、工具调用、工作流编排、MCP/Plugin、自动化执行等方向有强兴趣； 4、有产品意识，愿意从用户任务出发思考“为什么做、怎么让它真的可用”，而不是只完成技术拆解； 5、有工程责任感，愿意写可维护代码、补测试、看监控、追问题、复盘原因；沟通直接清晰，能在产品、设计、后端、平台、SRE等多角色协作中推进问题闭环。

加分项： 1、有完整Web应用、组件库、Node服务、BFF、浏览器插件、桌面端或全栈项目经验； 2、使用过或研究过OpenClaw、Claude Code、Codex、Hermes、LangGraph、MCP、RPA、Computer Use、Agent工作流等工具或框架； 3、做过AI应用、RAG、知识库、文件解析、长任务执行、自动化测试、可观测或权限系统； 4、有开源项目、竞赛、科研、工程博客、技术分享或高质量个人项目；能主动用AI工具提升自己的开发、调研、验证和表达效率。
