日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助负责抖音生活服务的用户增长补贴策略工作，参与超值券、券包等补贴产品的策略设计与优化，直接服务于用户规模增长与交易频次提升目标； 2、在导师指导下，分析补贴投放的资金效率表现（如ROI、增量GMV、频次提升等），结合用户分层（新客/成长期/成熟期）、场景化（大促/城市活动等）洞察不同场景的补贴敏感度与转化效率，发掘提升补贴效率的机会点； 3、参与补贴策略机制的讨论与方案设计（如不同业务补贴联合决策），协助推进与产品的价格竞争力对比分析，助力优化用户比价场景下的认知优势建立； 4、协同算法、运营及商家侧的同事，跟进补贴相关A/B实验与策略上线，对关键指标（如支付GMV、核销率、ROI、用户留存等）进行监测、归因与复盘。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备良好的逻辑能力和数据敏感度，有使用SQL、Excel或Python进行数据分析的经验加分； 3、热爱生活，是本地生活服务（如找餐厅、到店消费等）的重度用户，对优惠券、补贴等价格策略有强烈好奇心，具备用户思维； 4、思维活跃，自驱力强，具备出色的沟通能力，全勤实习5个月以上。
