1、参与构建中国交易与广告的大模型、多模态、文本理解、图像生成、强化学习等下一代人工智能技术； 2、推进数据建设、指令微调、偏好对齐、模型优化方面的工作，提高模型质量和适应性； 3、深入跟踪调研大模型以及相关方向（包括但不限于NLP/CV/语音/多模态/强化学习）的前沿技术，探索模型在未来生活中的更多使用场景，拓展模型的应用范围； 4、面向场景定制化大模型训练，工作内容包括但不限于： 1）将业务问题建模，对大模型做微调、后训练对齐； 2）围绕商业化多样性目标，构建鲁棒、防Hacking的RewardModel，指导生成模型实现对业务收益的优化； 3）构建基于多模态的推理模型，能够直接推理学习高跑量创意的原因，并结合生成模型生成多模态素材； 4）建立近实时反馈的数据飞轮进一步对齐模型和投放效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、代码能力、数据结构和算法基础扎实，熟悉C/C++或Python； 3、优秀的问题分析和解决能力，能深入解决大模型训练和应用存在的问题，良好的沟通协作能力，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步； 4、有自然语言处理、计算机视觉、视频理解、语音合成、强化学习、搜索等领域的经验者优先； 5、有高水平论文者优先，包括但不限于ACL、CVPR、ICLR、ICML、NeurIPS等； 6、实践动手能力强，ACM、ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle比赛获奖者优先。
