1、深入理解生活服务行业（景区、酒店、度假、大交通等），能洞察和解读行业发展趋势，帮助平台制定商家经营规则，生态调控策略等，为抖音生活服务用户创造具备体验竞争力的服务产品； 2、梳理业务需求及逻辑，协助资深同事对策略进行定性、定量分析，帮助业务定位问题或发现机会，推动基于AI Native工作流、LLM定制模型、专业Agent设计落地，提高酒旅的供给生态以及用户体验的策略迭代速度与效果； 3、借助行业洞见，多维度分析业务数据，包括但不限于：异动归因、BI搭建、A/B实验、专项分析以及其他日常数据分析工作，参与业务数据体系建设、业务数据报表的设计和落地，为业务的发展提供数据能力支撑。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、经济学、计算机、社会学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一种数据分析工具（如Excel、SQL等），具备一定的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，能够从数据中发现问题并提出见解； 3、对于AI智能化行业落地有理解，具备一定的LLM大模型以及Agent应用经验，有一定复杂度的实践项目或者作品，善于通过AI工具解决问题； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够清晰地分析问题和制定解决方案，良好的沟通协作能力，能够与不同团队成员有效沟通和合作； 5、对新事物有强烈的好奇心，具备快速学习新知识和技能的能力，能够适应不断变化的业务需求； 6、有酒旅行业、有用户体验、商家运营相关方向策略实习经验优先。
