团队介绍：负责公司大模型信息安全保障体系，持续识别和治理大模型衍生出的新型风险，并建设相应安全产品,保障大模型及其应用在训练、推理和部署等阶段的安全。同时将大模型相关技术应用到安全技术和安全运营领域，实现技术突破，做到效果和效率双提升。

1、针对大模型的各种安全问题进行建模，优化模型和产品工程，创新解决风险； 2、针对Agent安全、提示词攻击、有害内容、隐私脱敏等威胁进行治理，通过策略运营提升召回精准度，实现大模型防火墙的防护效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、安全等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Python等至少一种程序开发语言，有丰富的机器学习/CV/音频模型/NLP相关经验，包括但不限于：推荐、搜索、广告等机器学习行业经验、CV/NLP等相关比赛、行业经验、相关领域会议论文；扎实的编程技术，熟悉Python/C++等编程语言； 3、较强的自驱力，喜欢接受挑战； 4、对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神。
