日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入理解团队的协作流程与项目平台使用场景，持续收集一线问题与改进诉求，提高项目管理平台的使用体验； 2、形成可推进的优化清单和优化路径，解决产品研发链路不同角色痛点； 3、跟进落地与效果评估，建立自动化功能，协助推进AI应用落地； 4、负责会议/评审/活动的组织协调：排期、邀请、资料收集、会中记录、会后Action Item闭环； 5、积极使用AI应用提高会议协调、通知、追踪闭环。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有实习经历优先，能够独立开发AI Skill并积极应用AI提效，把模糊问题拆成任务/节奏/负责人/验收标准，并持续推进到结果，对工作内容认真负责； 3、有项目管理/运营/流程优化相关经历，能提供真实产出物（文档/模板/看板/机制），有组织协作经验，知道跨团队推进的常见问题与解决办法。
