1、重点支持字节跳动国际电商业务，深度对接高速发展的国际团队，制定业务目标，输出分析报告，支持业务关键决策： 2、根据各国电商行业现状与公司业务自身发展阶段，判断业务中长期战略方向，协助规划具体达成路径与目标，并能够跨团队拉通目标制定，落实目标达成； 3、搭建并完善电商行业各业务方向的核心指标体系，追踪并分析关键经营指标的变化趋势，挖掘经营机会，监控业务风险，协助业务决策判断； 4、根据业务发展过程中的问题与痛点，基于内外部调研与数据挖掘进行专题分析，产出以深度定量分析为基础的策略建议，并推动解决方案落地（分析方向包括但不限于流量增长，用户表现，商品效率等）。

1、三年及以上战略咨询或互联网商业分析经验（电商相关优先），需要有良好的专业技能（包括但不限于市场研究，数据分析，项目推进等），并熟悉数据结构和相关工具的使用（Hive，SQL，Excel，Python等）； 2、有结构化思考与分析能力，以及良好的商业敏感度，既能有全局判断，也能对具体问题深入下钻； 3、英语听说读写流利能作为工作语言，会西班牙语或者葡萄牙语以支持美洲市场为加分项； 4、有较强的沟通能力，能够跨部门，多团队协作，同时有解决问题的责任心和抗压能力，学习能力强，勤于思考，追求快速成长。
