1、负责抖音电商大盘用户增长，对电商用户规模的持续增长、全网电商用户的抖音渗透负责； 2、以用户规模增长目标为导向，通过数据分析及用户研究，明确所负责的增长业务的核心方向及手段； 3、与算法部门深度合作，通过迭代补贴模型、流量分发等多种策略手段，持续提升电商获客效率和质量； 4、关注用户生命周期价值和增长成本投入，进行专项问题分析，能够从数据中获取洞察，指导策略迭代和算法优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、经济学、计算机等相关学历背景优先； 2、有用户增长、推荐、广告等策略领域的相关实习经验优先，有较强的数据分析能力，善于从数据中发现问题并制定策略，熟练使用AB实验机制验证策略效果； 3、了解产品的用户增长方法，有电商用户同理心，对前沿的电商增长模式发展有自我理解，能保持创新和演变思考； 4、目标导向，有良好的跨部门沟通和资源整合能力，对探索新业务方向有热情。
