日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：该团队负责字节跳动旗下部分内容安全产品的设计、质量把控和运营，保障产品安全，营造良好的内容创作和社区互动氛围。

1、质量标准深度理解与规则优化：深度学习并掌握大模型数据标注的复杂规则体系与质量标准，运用严谨的逻辑思维对标注规则进行深入分析，并基于实践反馈，协助团队对规则进行完善和迭代； 2、项目交付质量保障与抽检：通过系统化的抽样检查对已完成的标注数据进行精准的质量评估； 3、错误归纳与问题闭环：对抽检中发现的错误类型和项目缺陷进行归纳总结，定期输出高质量的质量分析报告，并提供具备可行性的优化建议，协助项目质量管理的有效闭环； 4、国际化团队协调与反馈：作为国际化团队的关键沟通桥梁，与全球范围内的标注团队、项目经理和质量保障团队进行高效的跨时区协调和沟通反馈，确保质量要求和问题得到准确传达和及时解决； 5、项目运营支持：熟练使用标注工具，及时监控项目整体进度，辅助项目经理进行日常运营和任务分配，保证项目顺利完成。

1、本科及以上学历在读，法语相关专业优先； 2、拥有优秀的英语听说读写能力； 3、每周保证实习至少4个工作日，可以保证实习3个月，可以接受跨时差工作者、可实习时间长者优先； 4、有较强的沟通能力，学习能力和抗压能力，责任感强。
