1、负责字节跳动泛体验、泛质量领域各业务场景下，LLM/Agent算法的研究与应用工作，业务场景包括但不限于代码理解、大模型推荐、模型评测、体验感知等； 2、重点跟踪LLM/Agent技术的前沿进展，包括模型效果与性能、Agent Harness、Loop等方向优化，并推动实际业务中的应用落地； 3、具备良好的沟通协作能力，深度参与项目研发，和产品、运营、研发、质量等同学密切配合，注重研发效率和业务收益。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉自然语言处理论和技术，了解LLM/Agent的最新进展；有相关领域会议期刊论文/获取比赛名次者优先； 3、熟悉Linux平台以及常用深度学习框架PyTorch/TensorFlow等； 4、责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力； 5、有独立思考以及动手能力，提出想法并能付诸实践验证。

加分项： 1、有优秀工程能力，具备一定大数据处理和开发经验者，熟悉CPU/GPU编程及常见推理加速优先； 2、有国际顶级会议（包括但不限于ACL、EMNLP、COLING、WWW、AAAI等）期刊论文发表者优先。
