1、对全球范围内与AI、泛娱乐及相关的重大复杂版权问题进行动态跟踪与系统性梳理，结合业务发展需求，独立撰写影响分析等研究报告，为业务提供长期版权战略建议； 2、独立为公司各类内部产品/项目提供版权法律评估及相关法律支持，重点覆盖AI相关产品与功能；提供以业务为导向、以解决方案为导向的法律建议与指导； 3、从版权角度与跨职能团队密切协作，共同推进版权治理与合规项目，建立并完善相关工作流程与标准操作规程； 4、参与版权相关的外部会议和研讨，与业内专家和行业同仁建联互动，提升专业储备和外部影响力； 5、组织并开展版权培训、合规宣传及知识分享活动，提升内部利益相关方的版权意识，并根据需要支持其他版权相关法律事务。

1、法学专业，本科及以上学历，版权相关专业知识扎实，通过法律职业资格考试； 2、5年以上知识产权相关工作经验，具有律所或/泛娱乐行业法务工作经验者优先； 3、优秀的英文口语、阅读及写作能力，可以英文作为工作语言； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维与法律分析能力，能够敏锐识别问题点并提出切实可行的解决方案；具备争议解决经验者优先； 5、具备较强的项目管理和沟通协作能力，能够有效整合资源、推动跨部门项目执行与落地； 6、学习能力强，有自驱力，能够处理多线程任务，保持高效。
