1、负责抖音内容安全治理策略体系建设，协同产品、算法、审核、运营等团队，推进问题发现、定义、识别、处置和复盘机制落地； 2、围绕内容安全风险与业务场景，参与治理策略设计和能力建设，平衡内容治理效果与业务发展诉求，持续优化审核链路和处置效率； 3、基于内容特征、用户行为、消费路径及风险表现进行分析，识别潜在治理问题，制定内容处置策略并推动迭代； 4、结合数据分析、策略评估和业务反馈，参与治理项目目标拆解、优先级判断及跨团队协作推进，产出可持续优化方案； 5、关注大模型在内容理解、风险识别、策略辅助分析等方向的应用，探索将大模型能力融入治理策略设计、问题归因和效率提升场景。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，统计学/计算机/数据科学等理工专业优先； 2、具备较强的内容理解能力和文字敏感度，对内容安全、社区生态、平台治理等方向有兴趣，认真负责，主观能动性强； 3、具备基础的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、验证判断并总结规律，有SQL/Python/数据分析项目经验优先； 4、逻辑思维清晰，善于拆解问题并推动解决，具备良好的沟通协作能力和一定产品思维； 5、大模型应用实践经验优先：包括提示词设计、AI工具使用、文本理解/分类/归因场景实践，或参与过大模型相关项目；不要求深度算法背景，需具备主动学习和业务应用意识。
