1、参与地理位置中台核心服务研发，支撑定位、POI、底图渲染、路线导航、路网等能力，服务抖音、豆包、生活服务、电商等业务； 2、面向亿级用户和海量空间数据，解决高并发、低时延、高可用、数据一致性与系统扩展性问题； 3、参与核心架构设计、关键模块开发、性能优化及稳定性治理，建设高质量、可观测的服务端系统； 4、探索并落地AI地图应用与Agent能力，包括意图理解、地图MCP/Skills、地图Agent等方向； 5、参与工程质量与技术体系建设，持续推动新技术在真实业务中的落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、地理信息等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Java、Go、C++等至少一种服务端开发语言，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的工程习惯； 3、掌握数据结构与算法，具备良好的抽象建模、系统设计与问题解决能力； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用存储与中间件；了解分布式系统、消息队列、微服务或云原生技术者优先； 5、对地图导航、空间数据、AI应用或LLM Agent有兴趣；有模型服务、RAG、工具调用、评测优化等实践者优先； 6、具备良好的学习能力、逻辑思维和团队协作能力，愿意在复杂真实场景中持续探索。
