日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助负责抖音电商营销产品运营相关工作，对营销工具的渗透、满意度及效率负责； 2、分析商家、达人、用户、业务营销工具使用痛点，洞察需求并开展针对性调研，制定差异化策略； 3、协同产品、数据、用户研究、设计等多个团队，进行跨部门沟通，通过协作完成各项策略落地； 4、负责数据的日常监控。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数据科学、统计学、应用数学、广告学、传播学等专业优先； 2、连续实习4个月及以上，每周到岗工作时间保证4个工作日及以上者优先； 3、好奇好学、主观能动性强，有敏锐的洞察力，有逻辑、善于结构化思考，有良好的沟通能力，学习领悟能力强； 4、熟练掌握SQL／Hive，或者熟练使用Python／R的数据分析工具包。
