日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持卡片用户增长相关工作，涵盖用户触达、获客、激活、消费及留存等环节； 2、协助设计并上线返现、积分奖励及促销活动； 3、收集需求，与产品、技术、设计及运营团队协作，推动增长功能落地并优化用户旅程； 4、追踪业务指标，支持A/B测试与漏斗分析，挖掘增长机会； 5、支持发卡产品开发工作，包括需求收集、撰写产品需求文档（PRD），以及协调跨职能团队推进交付。

1、本科及以上学历在读，工程或计算机科学背景者优先； 2、具备较强的分析能力和结构化解决问题的能力，能够独立、有逻辑地思考； 3、具备强烈的责任感和执行力，能够推动项目落地并高效解决问题； 4、沟通协作能力优秀，能够在跨职能团队中良好协作； 5、对产品管理、支付、金融科技或数字化平台有兴趣，能够适应模糊不确定的工作环境； 6、有产品管理、软件、金融科技或相关领域的实习经验，熟悉全球支付、跨境业务或数字内容平台者优先。
